WHAT IS MINDFULNESS ?
Well to me it is when you are driving and someone cuts you off and you get mad or think bads thoughts now thats mindfulness but it is not the right type. you should think good thoughts about that person and let it go at that. who is to say why they cut you off is it because they are  going to pick up a hurt kid from school or are they just mad and taking it out on everybody. whats the difference that moment is gone once they have past you.what good does it do anyone to dwell on it, it only will make the rest of your day lousy .now what will you do to others and when will it end
