Processes requests for quotation and orders for non-standard product and maintain accuracy of engineering, system, and process of non-standard product; Responds within established time guidelines.
Creates, updates and enters changes to BOM (Bill of Materials), procedure (Routings), and costs in PDM (Product Data Management), IM (Inventory Management), and KBC (Knowledge-Based Configuration) mainframe system in MAPICS on non-standard Vecta products.
Produce engineering drawings for manufacturing engineering, production-floor, architects, and at customer and dealers' requests at the highest level of accuracy.
Assists in analyzing and planning workforce utilization, labor, space requirement, and design layout of equipment for maximum efficiency on non-standard Vecta products.
Conduct research and analysis of benchmark, reliability and feasibility study of product requests to determine the production process and system in accordance with Vecta and industry standards.
