| The voices of a thousand angels are heard before His Throne. Another thousand lake their leave To not leave us alone. They guard with their majestic wings the souls within their care. And stay with us our lifetime yes, they are always there. Some angels guard the gates of hell and keep the evil locked. Within the firey furnace escape for them is blocked. Evil also lurks throughout the land; temptation all around. But the angels that are with us, against evil they stand ground. With heads held they praise the Name of Jesus, whom they love; and offer praise to God the Father and His Spirit up above. The animals, the birds, the trees; yes, every living thing. They also have their angels Who honor Christ Our King. If you ever think you might have heard a voice so soft and low It might have been your angel He is with you, this I know.
