| So Near ... And Yet ... So Far |
| Are you real ? Do you exist only within my mind? I speak to you each morning, yes, almost every day But, I can't see your features since you are far away. I cannot see your sparkling eyes, nor see your cheerful smile yet, I speak to you so often if only for a while. I picture you within my mind with eyes of blue, or brown? I hear your laugh how it might be that lift me when I'm down. I see you speak through words I see all written on a screen. But yet, I feel the love you share thats hidden in between. Though miles they separate us, our hearts are still as one. The happiness I feel inside is as real as the sun. And so my friend I know you're there, although we've never met You're always deep inside me I hope to see you yet. To meet you would be heaven.
