Vivek-Uday Students’ Welfare Society, a voluntary Students’ Welfare Organization, is situated at Belgharia in the Dist of North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. This organization was started in the year 2001 by some students of R. K. M. Students' Home (Belgharia), to cohesively support underprivileged meritorious students, who faces difficulty in continuing their higher studies. Later on many other people from different places attached to this society. In 2004, we started by assisting one student. From the very beginning, Vivek-Uday had a dream not only to provide financial assistance to the student but also to ensure the academic and spiritual environment with the firm belief in Swamiji’s idea on man making education. In 2006, Vivek-Uday rented a house and all the students (that time four students) were accommodated there. |
