Hierarchy in Draconis Luna is not for debate. Each person is equal, from guest to Grand High Elder. Each person has purpose, even if it is to breeze past our lives gracing us once in this lifetime with thier presence and a smile. Draconis Luna chooses offices of covendom, each with duties suited to thier title?. Titles however cannot raise or decend ones influence within the coven. It is a persons manerisms, his or her actions that will merit reward. Certificates for such offices are handed out by the High Priestess for the acknowledgement of the coven and coven members only and are by no means leagalized or officiated by any state or organization. A rite of passage ritual will accompany most changes of office. Full recognition into a newly acquired office begins the midnight hour following the rite of passage ritual.
