Hall of doors
He has been traveling a great distance
a journey to find himself
to know himself from the soul
It has been a road filled with
Fear, Pain and Sadness

Tired and disillusioned
he decides that it is time to
retire from his endeavors

Heading home,
he comes to a cross road
a door hangs there in front of him
with his name on it
Curiousity gets the better of him
and he opens it, and walks through

The door shuts behind him and disappears
he is standing in a corridor that seems without end
doors on either side

"I have made yet another mistake
and now, how will I ever escape
this hall of doors"

Each door, he notices
Is labeled with a name
place and time
or event in his life that
changed his course in some way

He stops at the first door
and reads the sign
After a moment or two of thought
he turns the knob
and walks through
