Rotten Poetry.

Every once in a while, the few brain cells I have manage to fire halfway, and out come crappy poems, complete with poor word choice and bad rhyme schemes. Don't ever expect to see anything resembling "good" here; I just put this page up for my own amusement and to keep these from crowding out the rest of the junk on the terrible artwork page.

"Love From Up Above" By VLR, written October 31, 2002 I always knew that what's ahead of me Is mapped out and meant to be You never see your impacting experiences coming Their beauty shines through with only a moment's notice I'd seen you, but never knew When I started to know, I started to see What it was that would become of me It was a love from up above My eyes for you were fated to be Don't you know, can't you tell? You were intended to help the likes of me I didn't promise myself forever Through loving you, I have learned We must appreciate what we have at the time being I have you at this moment, for this I rejoice I also know now, you can't deny what is true For hiding my love for you cannot be my choice Pure kindness and caring has come to the light To do the utmost for you is near within my sight These gifts I have received are of a new height. It was a love from up above My eyes for you were fated to be Don't you know, can't you tell? You were intended to help the likes of me.

"Law of Science" By VLR, written November 15, 2006 They tell you the wild world Gives you desire But I was born with a heart on fire You try to cover up, try to deny But the passion always brewing Tells you it's a lie Looked over everything I'd ever done and said And there came the point Where it came to a head I've loved you like every man before But that's the very thing that sets me free Baby, you're a law of science And, baby, you're applying to me I'm a lady, you're a man And that's how the chemicals are fired Logic simply tells you that That's how nature's been wired I couldn't be nurtured to want to kiss your lips And I couldn't be taught to wanna run my hands On your legs...ankle to hips Smokin' in leather Sweet in a suit And it was your grin That first enticed me, to boot I've loved you like every man before But that's the very thing that sets me free Baby, you're a law of science And, baby, you're applying to me My brain's been spinnin' in overdrive I can't that I've ever felt more alive Thoughts of you are Spicing up my days My blood is a-pumpin' in a thousand ways You were my ray of light You were my peaceful dove When I realized my thrills Were a gift from above! I've loved you like every man before But that's the very thing that sets me free Baby, you're a law of science And, baby, you're applying to me I know you've got your reality So I keep my fantasy Inside So deep inside me It's just how the universe Had been intended Intended...TO BE!
