Photos of July 4, 2004 (Independence Day in the USA)

First off, the Fourth of July in '04 was also the hundredth anniversary of French's mustard, when it debuted at the World's Fair in 1904. Me being as obsessed with mustard as I am, I took a picture of a smile I made on a plate with mustard!

The USA turned 228 this year (made independent in 1776). I decided to dress in red, white, and blue, the colors of the flag.

Between about 9-11 pm at night, I went up to my friend's house to watch the fireworks the town set off. (yes, there are people that let me come into their house/yard!) Here are some people that joined in the festivities that night, but will remain nameless, as it is wise to deny all connections with me, LOL. (Although, if you left-click on the pictures and go to Properties, you can get a hint at their identities from the file names!)

Before the town's fireworks went off, some neighbors were setting off some small fireworks of their own.
