Mutants
		Mutants can either be humans with irregular abilities or beings like Ginyu. They are generally ridiculed or used by other races since they are outcasts. Human mutants are born with the X Gene, and Half Saiyans cannot get the X Gene. PL: 40 Speed: 40 Strength: 40 Advantages: Special Ability of your choice as long as I accept it. Humans: Can learn attacks if seen 5 times in a row. Other: Learn attacks if seen 15 times in a row. Disadvantages: Generally hated and disliked by other races for their look and abnormal rarities. Also, may not have any other CUSTOM Mutant Ability as someone else on the RPG. Anyone can have the below listed. Transformations: Depends Commom Abilities: Super Speed- Speed rating triples Telekenisis- Move objects with your mind, speak with your mind Reguvination- Regains health quicker Elemental- Power usage of Ice, Electricity, Fire, Earth, Water, or Wind. Super Strength- Strength rating triples Hybrid- A humanoid like beast that is one type of animal, on rare occasions two animals, and can speak like a human (Oolong and Puar were the only major ones in the show). Generally, they tend to be smaller than their animals would be if they aren't "wild." Body Shift- Move through objects. Teleportation- Instantly go from one place to another.
