			Baned Attacks Janemba's Portal- No, no one will be able to make a portal near them and near someone else to let an attack go by them and hit someone else. That's just cheap. Teleport limitations- Can't charge an attack and then teleport directly behind them to fire, it's another cheap move. Energy Draining Moves- I won't allow you to steal PL and use it in your own way. Now, a Plot Boss may have it, but I highly doubt it. I think PL Draining is cheap. Now, if someone GIVES you some energy, that's a different stoory.
