Jobs play a pretty important role in this RPG, as they will become an important part of your character. Jobs can also be considered as 'classes' if you wish. Each job has it's own set of rules and abilities, but they all share one thing in common- JP, or Job Points. Every Job needs 100 JP to move to the next level.

PRIMARY JOBS

Pokemon Trainer-
Pokemon Trainers are, well, Pokemon Trainers. Not much to say about them- they mostly travel around collecting and battling Pokemon, working their way through the Gyms to get badges and participate in big tournaments around he country.
Can also be Secondary Job.
Increased Capture Rate of X% per level. (X = Job Level x 2; Max is 10)
Increased Friendship level, for certain moves/evolutions
Discounts at Shops
Increased Experienced gained by Pokemon. 2% per level
JP Gain Method- Win a Battle- 5 JP
                           Win a Badge- 100 JP
                           Evolve a Pokemon- 15 JP

Contest Trainer

Move Tuto
r- Move Tutors have the natural ability to help teach moves to Pokemon that they normally don't learn by themselves. Normally, MT's specialize in a couple of moves, but they can also have their Pokemon teach other Pokemon moves as well. Learnable moves include TMs, HMs and Breedable moves.
Can Specialize in X attack per level.(X = Job level; Max is 10)
Can teach X Pokemon X attacks per week. (X = Job level; Max is 10)
At level 10, decreased time to teach specialized moves to 4 days.
At level 10, gain the ability to have your Pokemon teach other Pokemon it's moves you don't specialize in. These moves take 14 days.
JP Gain Method- Succesfully teach a Pokemon a move. 25 JP

Breede
r- Breeders specialize in breeding Pokemon. While other trainers can breed, Breeders tend to be able to get them to breed faster, produce stronger babies and knowing better moves at birth.
Breeding rate set at 100%.
Breeding Time decreased by 5% per Job level (max 50%)
Egg Hatching Time decreased by 5% per level (max 50%)
Bonus 10 EVs in two stats of choosing per level (max 100)
JP Gain Method- Succesfully produce an Egg- 50 JP
                            Succesfully hatch an Egg- 50 JP

Gym Traine
e- Gym Trainees are a specialized Trainer in that they only carry one or two types of Pokemon. They also work at a gym with a Gym Leader, learning their techniques and what not, to hopefully one day surpass them and become a gym leader themselves.
Specialize in training One type of Pokemon
Specialized type gains a bonus of X% Experience. (X= Job Level x 5. Max is 10)
Increased Capture rate of type by X%. (X= Job Level x 5. Max is 10)
Specialized Move taught by Gym Leader.
JP Gain Method- Succesfully win a battle for the Gym- 10 JP

SECONDARY JOBS


Berry Picke
r- Berry Pickers are natural flourists, and as such can plant and pick Berries for their Pokemon perfectly. They can use them for themselves, or sell them at the market.
Only People who can plant/pick Berries.
Number of Berries Produced is X/2. (X =  Job Level; Max 10)
Can produce better Berries at higher levels.
JP Gain Method- Produce a Berry. 10 JP per Berry.

Mine
r- Miners spend a lot of their time in the hills or underground digging up rare gems and fossils, which or normally sold for money.
Only people who can Mine.
Increased chance of finding items by 5% per level (max 50%)
JP Gain Method- Find Items through Mining- 1-10 JP, dependent on the item


Gamble
r- Gamblers, well, gamble. They can increase their chances of gaining money- or lose it all.
Only people who can Gamble.
Can bet on your matches or others matches. You win, double up. If you lose, you lose it all.
At Level 5, you can bet items.
At Level 10, you can bet Pokemon.
