Lawyers for Children

In reasent weeks, we have come up with a new weapon in our fight against the injustice of false allegations of child abuse. This new weapon is designed to protect your children at home.

We are currently recommending that families obtain an attorney for their child(ren). You may consider this too o expensive to consider, but please read on. We have found that it is possible to approach an attorney, and set up a contractual agreement for a small fee of $1.oo per child. This makes each of your children a client of the attorney.

This contractual agreement provides several benefits. First, since the child(ren) has an attorney, they cannot be questioned without their attorney being present.

Secondly, and perhaps the best advantage is that if CPS kidnaps one of these children, a Guardian ad Litem does not have to be appointed to them, for they have their own attorney!

This is very important for a Guardian ad Litem is actually nothing more than a witness for the prosecution.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND: The $1.oo fee makes it a legal contract. If the services of a lawyer are needed, you will be obligated to pay any fees incurred. However when you think about the protections afforded by this agreement, the possibility of incurred expenses are well worth it.
