What Is V.O.C.A.L.

Victims Of Child Abuse Laws are a net work of citizens volunteering their time and resourses to the education and prevention of falsely accused persons of child abuse in it's every form. Once a person has been falsely accused of child abuse it is the goal of every VOCAL volunteer to assist the accused so that he or she will be better prepaired for the battle that lays ahead. If the accused is found guilty, it is the goal of VOCAL representives to assist that person while he or she is incarcerated. VOCAL is world wide having volunteers not only in America but in other countries as well.  VOCAL has many resourses at hand to include, but not limited to assistance not only for the accused but for their attorneys as well. If you have been falsely accused of child abuse, you have a fight that many not only do not win but become exausted in the fight. Attorney Generals, Proscuters, Law Enforcement Personnel, Child Protection Services, Guardian ad Litem  and even Judges have banned together  in a common

goal to elimanate the physical and sexual abuse of children.  In the process over half of the individuals are falsely accused and sent to prison. By the Child Protection Agencies one is not meerly found not guilty of abuse but instead the case is unfounded, meaning that the abuse did accure, but they could not find any substatual evidence to bring the accused to court.  However one is entered into the "big computer" and can be used against one at a later date. Once accused you have multitudes against you.  The state has an unpresdedted amount of money to spend to prove your guilt.  The local law enforcement works with  the proscuters office and their resourses are overpowering.  Your battle will be uphill all the way, and though VOCAL does not claim to be able help you win, we hope to provide the tools and support one needs, at such a crisis in their lives.
