Punjab Medical College, Faisalabad.

Faisalabad is the third largest city of Pakistan, situated in the center of Punjab, approximately 140 Km. from the provincial capital, Lahore. It is said to be, "The Manchester of Pakistan"

Punjab Medical College, Faisalabad was established in 1973 and the admissions for the session 1973-74 were made in March, 1974. The college was  started at first at the building of Faisalabad board & was associated with Civil Hospital Faisalabad. . Allied Hospital was later on made in affiliation with Goverment of Japan.

The newly constructed college campus is situated on Sargodha Road, adjacent to the University of Agriculture. It is spread over an area of 158 acres. The first Principal was Prof. H.M. Toosi. The present Principal is "Prof. Dr. A. G. Rehan."

Now a days college is affiliated with University of Health Sciences, Lahore.
