Legislate and Sue

The Florida legislature must select the Republican electors and end this madness. It is in their power to do it and should now. After listening to Judge Nikki and watching the Florida Supreme Court, it is obvious their liberal democratic slant is about to hand Gore the election through judicial fraud. 

They are about to rule in Gore's favor. When they do, we should not fear but fight on through the Florida Legislature. The legislators must set up rules to not permit their peers to delay and stall a quick vote. Make a quick vote!

Remember, this is uncharted water but we are in the driver's seat and the democrats know it. No Judge can certify an election!
Only the Executive branch can certify. The Federal Supreme Court was clear on that. If Judge Nikki, or any one else, throws out legal votes they have broken the law and should be impeached for fraud. The law is plain on this. Therefore, it would be perfectly legal to ignore Judge Nikki, or any other judges ruling, when it comes to throwing out legal votes that are certified. The voters' names that are thrown out should be made available to the Republican party so they can contact them and begin suing the State and the Judges to reinstate their votes.

Once the legislators of Florida select the electors for Bush and send it to Congress, it is over. If the democrats send in their electors, it will be sent in uncertified and can be ignored. If the Senate pushes the matter and passes a bill, we control the House and simply pull together and don't pass it. We still  control the House. I would force them and dare them to do it now! We win! Now is the time to dig in and not quit. We won and they have had their chance. Eight years is long enough!

As I mentioned before, Jeb Bush should be appointing a Chief Investigator along with the Senate appointing one too. They should be investigating the Judges for impeachment for violating their own Judicial Code of Ethics for which they removed Judge Shea from the bench this year.

Never quit, never surrender, and never negotiate with terrorist.
