The students will learn to identify a volcano.
We will use the internet, library books, magazines and posters as resources. Upon completion the students will create a volcano using clay and other materials to create a volcano.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
TSW create several types of volcanoes. We will also make a Volcano Cake Recipe. TSW go on a hike up Mount St. Helens, to learn the effect of a volcano.
CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT:
We have a small class, with one computer. We will be working in learning centers to do our art projects.
