Some basic measurements
After all the measurements were taken, the design was drawn up in a CAD program by Bob Frost-Stevens at Rorty Design. From that design, I printed out the plates at Kinkos to full size and glued them to MDF.
Tacked up by Walt at Walt's Custom Services. He did a great job!

Here's the final(for now) product. There is no attachment currently from the frame head to the front of the body up front.
Under the gas tank. STill need to finish the steering shaft linkage and get the tie rod assemblies shortened.
Full droop. I'm really happy with the amount of travel that is here, though I might have loose springs at full droop.
Full bump w/o bump stops. With bump stops full bump allows for full turning. I'll probably rub just a little on a hard, sharp corner. The final tuning will take plenty of time, but for now I'm thrilled with how it all works.
