Two Botanicas in New Orleans

Neither of these is touristy in any way. Both are in less than ideal neighborhood, but both are very friendly and helpful. Last time I was at F & F the woman behind the counter watched my car out the window while I browsed so I wouldn't get a parking ticket (It was street cleaning day).

Isle of Salvation is in the Bywater neighborhood. Very nice and friendly people here. On Piety Street, 1 block off Desire, basically West and a bit North of the Quarter.
	Unfortunately I had black and white in the camera when I visited. The large paintings outside are beautiful. The owner is the designer of the New Orleans Tarot, which you should buy.
F & F is in the Treme, North of the quarter. Also very nice and helpful.
