Heather Thornton                                  Karen Walcott                                  Jason Cardinale

Sweet and innocent Karen was unfortunately cruelly tricked into helping with the documentary, with the misconception that she would be rewarded with "a great big honkin' potato farm." Experts disagree on what this statement (overheard by a bystander) is supposed to refer to.   Karen had lived in "The Voort" almost her entire life, so it came as a shock to the 4 other residents that she had disappeared.

Heather moved from Washington to upstate New York during her senior year of high school, leaving the comforts of her home, friends, and the knowledge that there were no killer cows lurking in her backyard. The documentary entitled "The Voort Cow Project" was supposed to be her senior thesis for Honors English class...until things went terribly awry.

Jason, being a senior at South High, was accustomed to strange smells and loud noises, so it is assumed that he was probably the most calm of the group during the nights out in the forest.  He had planned a rewarding future in the exciting field of grass management, but alas, his hopes and dreams shall never become reality.  In an ironic twist, he has been buried next to The Gansevoort Golf Course.  So close and yet so far....
