This is my list of shows to trade. There are no MP3 sourced shows that I know of in this list, and I'm not looking to add any (MP3 shows that is). I'm always willing to trade for a show that I don't have. If you don't have anything by those bands to trade, ask anyway. Other than R.E.M., I'm particularly interested in shows by The Dandy Warhols, My Bloody Valentine, and Lush because I don't have many. Most of the non-R.E.M. stuff I have is sourced from shn/flac files. Many thanks to Darryl's R.E.M. Timeline, from which the bulk of the text in my reviews is shamelessly lifted http://www.remtimeline.com/ All the usual rules: -Use disk at once (dao) -send cd's in a cushy, padded envelope -cd-r's made in Japan please You can reach me at dbjunk@pld.com with questions, etc. Thanks for looking. |

Some notes on grading: I grade R.E.M. shows with a big slant toward how they relate to other shows from the same tour. Therefore a 'B' rated show from 1984 will not be as good as a show with the same grade from 2003. I feel that applying a rigid standard across 25 years of touring is not practical. However, the community is making noise about a standardized grading system, so you may see two grades in the future. The +/- is simply to indicate where in that grade a particular show falls. You may ignore it if it gives you flashbacks to high school or offends you in some other way. The grades are there for my own reference, and to help identify better sources that may appear, not to be a definitive remark on the recording. |
