| UPDATE: My brother's murdered pled guilty to 2nd degree murder. There will be no trial...and propably few answers. His name is Adrian Darnell James, he will be 20 next month, I believe. His sentencing hearing is scheduled for JULY 14th, 2006 in Denver. 2nd degree murder has a sentence of 12-42 years. We are hoping for atleast 23, since that's how old my brother was when he was shot to death in the heart. Me and my family will be at the hearing and will be allowed to tell the judge what this has done to our family. It will be tough, but necessary... |
