Created a plug-in script (DHTML, JavaScript, ASP) that spells any sentence and makes suggestions. The script is more efficient than any online mail systems.
Full life-cycle development of a Shopper's Club web site (VB.NET, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server). Some of the advanced technical aspects of this project include: dynamic datagrids, custom paging, custom web user controls, caching versions of a page based on custom strings, dynamic CSS stylesheets, forms authentication, and encryption. Designed the database. Created extensive stored procedures to interact with over 1M records. Implemented random data select. Used DTS migration packages. http://www.mtisoft.com/Shopping_mall.htm .
Supporting and enhancing online catalog for Solo Cup (ASP, MS SQL Server). Implemented PDF files support using ActivePDF technology.
Created a custom search page (VB.NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, etc) with dynamically added controls based on XML data, utilized efficiency by caching pages. The page was written in C# originally, but was redone in VB.NET then. Created an application utilizing Code DOM mechanism to enable output of source code into multiple programming languages at run-time.

Developed and implemented a PTC Utilization Web-based application using ASP, VBScript, ADO, COM, MS XML parser, XML/XSLT, and MS SQL Server 2000. The purpose of the project was to track the usage of all the PTCs in all the stores across the USA. Utilized a Windows DNA model (3-tier architecture). Designed COM objects (written in VB), which implemented the Business Logic (functionality). Applied data shaping (hierarchical recordsets), persisted ADO Recordsets into XML format, ADO Recordset Schema, and remote scripting. Developed XSL stylesheets for the reporting system.
Enhanced the Gift Registry Web-based application. Used ASP, ADO, XML, DOM, VBScript. XML files were used for data exchanging. ADO recordsets persisted into DOM objects. Maintained the application, fixed bugs, and met new requirements.
Maintained the PTC Utilization Business Logic server application written in C++. The purpose of the application was to capture metrics for various FedStart business applications and to update MS SQL Server 2000 databases of divisional stores.
Created a DLL using C++ for the FedStart TRANSFERS application.
Developed 4 Telxon Business Logic programs written in C. These embedded programs are developed for the Telxon 960 PTC Handheld devices. These applications provided planning and productivity information to allow store personnel to look at the pending workload. These applications also updated the Store Transaction File that resides on the mainframe. Executable files were uploaded/downloaded from an IBM DB2 environment.

Used low-level Win32 API calls for access to the Registry and resource files. Applied the Remote Data Objects (RDO) for access to the database. Fully utilized the TreeView and ListView controls.
