Ed Hummel

Born May 3, 1866 in Irontown, Ohio
Died April 9, 1943 in Sonoita, Arizona
Son of Johan Gotlieb & Rosa Hummel from Germany

Ed and his wife Clara went to Sonoita, Arizona in about
1907 and homsteaded. His 1st cousin Louis G. Hummel and
family also came to the area and homsteaded.
He and Clara spent the remainder of their lives on thier land.

Ed & Clara are both buried at Black Oak Cemetery
in Canelo, AZ. ~ They do not have headstones.
