REPEAT BUSINESS    The success of the Vince Ryan tournament can be attributed to the golden rule " keep your customers coming back ." The growth has been phenomenal. In the first year 12 teams participated , in 2003 140 teams converged on Cape Breton to take part in  Canada's largest adult hockey tournament ! There is a 95% return rate for participating teams. The secret to the event's success is to offer warm hospitality ,min. three competitive games based on the teams ability,entertainment and prizes for all championship winners. A female division was added in 1999, and continues to be a crowd pleaser and allows the female hockey programs to further develop.
