Nomad I am a modern day nomad living out of a suitcase I know where I will be most probably, that is half the time But not sure where I will go next month or next year.
You can call me a Unix gypsy like a four door sedan A two plus liter V6 fully loaded from the auto giants But I am a computer gypsy like the computer geek.
I continue to be a nomad not by choice but Commanded by mid clients who are omnipresent Or by the bold body shoppers.
My trials and tribulations last till the next H1B Or a green card- the most favorite card Not of the plastic variety (Lord, hear my prayers)
Even if I get a new H1B after lot of efforts My story will continue my trials and tribulations Start afresh, the same old things The fact is reinvented, as always That grass on the other side is not so green Belying my earlier fondest hopes That I will be worry-free henceforth.
However if I get the green card (Praise the Lord, Alleluia) Then I can decide my own future Where to stay and what to do.
Full time in Compaq, moonlighting in WalMart Sky is the limit creative at its best That's for whom the American dreams Are made of : strictly for residents
