Dreams are forever
I like dreaming immensely
for I am levitated to,
A different place each moment
before I can bate my eye !!!
May be it is not Tuesday
but I will be in Belgium
It may not be a clear day,
but I can see forever.
I feel so light, unlike what Archimedes has said
Him to be true in water, but I float in the air
Ain’t a day dreamer lest I be accused as a shirker
Or by any other name that comes to one's mind.
My dreams are real for I get in them scenes, acts
Dialogues, whole stories and poems intact
I wake up immediately to put everything down
on paper, to be sure, again may sleep if I need to.
I wish to dream forever.
"We both had dreams, ..but there is no one to interpret them." Then Joseph said to them, "Do not interpretations belong to God? Tell me your dreams."(Genesis 40:8)
The Great Run
The sun started its bleeding
the horizon was already red
Whole world was relaxing
during the vestiges of Sunday
The doctor came out at last,
announced I was a proud father
Named the first born Arun
like the red sun, seen yonder.

Something crazy happened then
in-laws taunt me endlessly even
A score years and an encore later
but am happy for what I did then
Ran through many a roads
like an arrow outta an expert’s bow
Reached my in-laws home to inform
the event- their first grandson.

I always wonder my act
silly it may seem at best
On hindsight it looks natural
happy those came my way
When you hear good news
you always run no matter what
To share and rejoice with all
‘tis the natural thing of all.

Have been running ever since
to spread the good news I’ve
To share and rejoice with the world
“THE LORD IS COMING”.

….."See, another man running alone!"
The king said "He also brings news."
(2 Samuel 18:26)
