This Sounds Really Nice
It rarely helps bands to say "this sounds like that one band," so I rarely will make such a statement, but your band sound pretty darn original to me. My only crit might have been you intenyion, but the drums ciuld really kick in, but they never do. this does though give it a real lets-blow off the f***ing day - and make out- groovey feeling. thanks for the tune

he had this song in mind!
Killer into! KILLER INTRO! Fantastic production and stereo separation. That bass line is such a major win! VERY EXPERIENCED musicians here. Extremely tight performance all around. Good writing. Great guitar riff deal in the middle. Great feel. So good, I gotta play it again real quick. This song is off the hook.

The intro of this song has me pulled in. Guitars, bass, drums. All parts of a hit. Vocals are good. The more I hear the more I like. You could be singing watermellon watermellon and I would be gone on this song. Melody is great. Lead guitar has just the right fire. .And the words are good. This should make it all the way to the top. Start spending your money like a fool because fame and fortune are about to come knocking at your door.

Listening to this song was a treat. The music on this was tight as I have heard on here in awhile. I think the Bass and Rhythm Guitar were awsome. The vocals were solid. The backup vocals provided really good harmonies.
Lovely lively track, very solid bass. Good lyrics and happy happy tune, good guitar in the background. Very nice melody so long... nice to dance to I would imagine. Very strong lyrics, Sounds excellent lovely really, I want to be a fan...

I really like it when I hear a group that doesn't sound like everybody else. This performance was a little raw, but sounded very pure to me.I hear a lot of potential in both the playing and the singing.

It's nice to hear some true professionalism. To tell you the truth this song isn't really my gig but you gotta give credit where credit is due. Five's across the board for this. Excellent musicianship, some of the best harmony I've encountered on GB, good story, and a nice mix. What else can I say? One other thing, the one thing that got me into the tune was that touch of bluegrass that popped out in the intro. Very impressive. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Good luck with it. Keep the faith.

This seemingly simple song structure masks a deceptively engaging song. Nice mood and lyrics. Leaves you feeling like walking down a beach hand in hand with a pretty young girl.

I like what this song is doing and how it sounds. Great harmonies and lyrics. Also, you've kept the intro as short as possible and that's the mistake I've noticed alot of other bands making on their demos. Good work.

Third Degree Burn
from INLAND & OTHERWISE
Original type song for this genre. Almost Beatles like in mood and melody.
Very enjoyable lyric and steady percusion really grap me as a listener and as a writer. This is just a pleasure . If songs were measured by degrees of burn then this is a third degree burn......ouch this song hurts me good!!!!

This is a great tune. It could be a sixties pop tune but fits well in the country genre. Great harmonies. Love the old retro feel, please dont let any one tell you that thats a bad thing. Keep doing your stuff. Very refreshing...............

Want it To Be
from INLAND & OTHERWISE
Now here comes a song that knocks me right on the floor. Just as I was gonna say I liked the bass line at the start of the song the vocals kicked in and I am all the way gone. A Beach Boys happiness mixed witha Country style that is absolutly a hit song. The lyrics are interesting and I marvel at the ease at which you bring the ideas of finding yourself in life into a song. Great vocals , great melody, great lyrics and a band that really brings it. This song is a monster. Now whay can't you be famous.

I'm going to look for more of your stuff because if it's anything like this song, I'm sure I'd be a pretty big fan. Good production, great lyrics and vocal styling. Another one that I wouldn't necessarily consider "country/folk" but a great song, none-the-less.

I'm speechless. And for those that know me that's tough to pull off. How to begin?
Adjectives: Harmonious, Earthy, Elemental, Rich, Textured. The arrangment and composition are exquisite in their simplicity, clean lines and clarity of thought and sound. This is not lip service, I loved this song with the first guitar note. The icing on this tasty track is the subtle use of accents througout the performance. Harmonica and cymbals, wood blocks and accents on the guitar strings combine to create such an ethereal mood I was actually moved at my first listen. Hard to belive after I've listened to soooo many songs on this site, wow. Just hit the play button folks, this is a great song.

Very smooth, pleasant song. I'm a progressive rock/metal guy, but I could and would kick back and listen to ya'll all night. Very nice vocal sound all around. Lead vocals are kind of subdued at times, but it's that kind of song. Musicaly it was there. Very nice, steady, clean, the harmonica was well done with out over doing it, left you wanting more! I guess i would have to say that about the song- left me wanting more. I would pull up a stool and get comfortable if I were to hear you live! Really nice job.

Maybe It's Me - WIRELESS
This band seems to know what they are doing. Even though the acoustic sounded just power chords, it worked well with the lyrics. I thinkits great whena band has the singer as the most pronounced part of their song. This was a little bit emo :o)

Great song. Love the acoustic it sounds great...very rythmic. Loved the harmonies sweet sounds. The only thing I found was maybe you were trying too hard on the lyric "all alone" you can be loud but don't force it so much. Good catchy chorus. I hope you guys do well.

Salamander Sound - WIRELESS
I haven't been part of this review process long but this is one of the best I have listened to yet. Interesting lyrics, relaxing melody but not boring - good backing vox. Excellent acoustic work and some real tasty percussion all gives this a very airy feel ... good stuff indeed. Reminds me of something tho I can't put my finger on it and that is what makes for a good song.

Hey fellas, this is good! Reminds me a bit of Son Volt who I love, maybe a bit of Lucky Man too, who was that band? I think what reminded me of that song was the timbre of the harmonies and where they're placed. Great, great harmonies, you sing together really well. Hey wait a minute, I think you reviewed one of my songs and I've checked out all of yours but this one and I think this is my favourite of the batch...is this The Barnacles? If it's not, sorry bout that, anyway, this one's going on my playlist!

you don't hear many 12 strings these days (at least not in good music). i really like how it's used here. really fits the song to a T. nice vocals all around. great song!

This has almost everything I look for in a song. I love the backing vocals, and the chord structure.... I like the dynamics of the song as well, as it goes softer in the middle. This must be a real sing-along tune when you play live!

Crazy For You Now - WIRELESS
I liked the way this song was put together. It never really built dynamically but just rolled along until it was gone. Easy to listen to and the vocals were nicely done.... Production and arrangement were well done, too! Good luck!

Man I loved the beginning of this track. I thought it was getting ready to early Elton John me (man could he write a song back then). But then it took another turn.. and it was a nice one. I really enjoyed the chord progression with the delicate piano. The melody is quite good as well... Over all I thought this was a good track, the chorus could have been a little more hooky and ultimately I enjoy a less sober sounding vocal approach (if that makes any sense).. The cross of lyric and it’s diction is just a little to clean for me.. But that is purely a matter of taste and will not effect my overall review of this good little song
***peace, good work and good luck***
