Bookroom Policies

Please note that VST Bookroom is not a full time service. We are pleased to help you within the Bookroom’s limited scope of operation.

Regular Bookroom Hours (Fall Semester 2003)

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Wednesday: Closed

Orders Outside Bookroom Hours

To order existing merchandise when the bookroom is closed, please call or email Mariana Asan (604-822-9359 / bookroom@vst.edu) to arrange prepayment and pick-up.

Returns

Merchandise that is in a new, saleable condition may be returned for a full refund. Returns will be accepted only when accompanied by a valid, dated cash register receipt.

Textbook returns will be accepted for 15 calendar days from the opening day of classes during regular terms. Course packs that have been opened cannot be returned.
Other merchandise will be accepted for return when the merchandise is in clean, resaleable condition and purchased within the previous 10 calendar days.
