Health & Dental Plan Survey                             Your Input is Needed !
		Each year students are surveyed regarding which plan benefits are most desired and how much students are willing to pay for added benefits.  The results of the survey are utilized to make adjustments to the plan in terms of coverage and cost. This year's survey is now available and needs to be completed by October 8.  You may complete the survey online by clicking here. Or, alternatively, you may pick up a surv ey on the VSTSA bulletin board in the cafeteria or on the door of the VSTSA office in Room 367.   Fold completed surveys in half and place in the  envelope marked "Completed H & D Surveys."
