This was the first play I did tech for at Randolph Union High School.
I helped alot with the scenery, and working on the set. For the actual show, I ran lightboard which mainly consisted of sitting back there and hitting a button on my cues. I think I had a little less than 60 light changes. Keith Minsinger and Tyler Burgee kept me company while running the soundboard.
I really like doing lights, and I know alot about lighting and the lightboard now from working at Chandler in addition to the school drama program. Next year, I plan on designing the light plot on my own, and running light board. Senior year, I will most likely have to train new people to do lights, and I will probably be stage manager because the other techies are graduating next year. |
