| reflection: You have faith in what you see that is why you and I exist. 30.08.02 This summer, not surprisingly, felt like another annual breeze but I managed to occupy myself quite a lot. I received the rest and revitalisation that I was so yearning for immediately after my exams. Although I wasn't on the beach in Malaysia or on any Island like New Calidonia to feel the warmth of the sun on my cheeks, I was extremely satisfied with my air-conditioning at my home sweet home :) especially when it's 34C in the oh so polluted HK. This summer was not a holiday in terms of everyone fretting about which courses and which Unis to apply to. I am proud that I've done my research, most of my personal statment and I guess I passed the stage of putting Universities to the back of my head. I'm more psychologically focussed and determined now. Suddenly I have a new mission from my friends and that is to pull the lost ones out of their little holes that they've kept on digging and sinking into. Quite a few haven't even started writing the words 'personal statment' to save as in microsoft word so I am a little concerned about them. Yet the procedures are simple once effort is put in. ....
