::HISTORY::
1988 : In the spring,Diggy-Kat started writing and singing.
1989 : In June,Diggy-Kat started playing guitar.
1991 : Vufcup performed a concert,with the help of a neighbour on drums.
1993 : In August,earliest recordings.
1994 : In August,Brian joined on guitar and helped co-write 3 songs,but re-located in December
1995 : First attempt to record (including overdubs) a cassette in May entitled "Somedays Just Aren't Worth A
Wake Up Call".
In June,another cassette (without overdubs) entitled "Electrocardiographically" was recorded.
In late June Buggy-O joined on drums and her younger brother B joined on guitar.
In July Chris joined as bassist. Shortly after,Chris was let go and B switched to guitar.
Buggy-O and B both co-wrote and participated in the recording sessions. B was fired in September.
In December another cassette was recorded entitled "Servings Per Conatiner".
Chris did not participate in any recordings,although co-wrote 2 songs.
1996 : In January,yet another cassette was recorded entitled "CD".
In May,B rejoined and his friend,Tom Tom,also joined,as percussionist.
Tom Tom co-wrote and also participated in the recording sessions.
In July,Dondo joined as keyboardist,co-wrote and also participated in recording.
In August a 5 cassette box set was partially recorded,entitled "Personnal Nonsense"
1997 : 117 (pronounced one seventeen) joined as a second keyboardist,but was let go months later.
117 did not participate in recording or in the writing.
In September both Buggy-O and B were let go.
1998 : In January,another cassette was finally recorded entitled "Deeper Than You'd Ever Go :
The Subconscience Travels"
In April,another cassette was recorded entitled "Who I Am"
In early June,Dondo was fired and a few days later Pipas joined as drummer.
In mid August,Pipas' older brother,Archy Kurt-Davis,joined as percussionist and a week later Penguin
joined as bassist. Penguin and Archy both participated in songwriting.
In October,another cassette was recorded,entitled "Rapido Y Veraz"
1999 : Early 1999,Pipas was fired,Archy took over as drummer and later on Python was hired as keyboardist.
Python participated in recording and songwriting,but left awhile later.
Pipas came back into the band and was fired once again shortly afterwards.
In August,a cassette entitled "The Build Up" was recorded.
In October,Nick-Nack joined as guitarist and a few days later Anaconda joined as second drummer.
Nick-Nack participated in songwriting and recording sessions,but shortly after Anaconda was hired,
he relocated. He did not participate in songwriting or in recording.
2000 : In January,Archy switched to guitar and Nick-Nack switched to drums.
In September,Nick-Nack switched back to guitar,Archy switched to keyboards and DJ joined as
drummer and Puck joined as a rhythm guitarist.
DJ participated in recording as well as songwriting.
Puck did not last long at all in Vufcup.
In October,Vufcup performed their first Halloween concert.
In November,Nelson joined as second keyboardist.
2001 : In early January,DJ was let go and his younger step-brother,Dr. Vulkan,filled in on occasion.
In March,B rejoined again as guitarist,but left a month later..
In June,Dr. Vulkan became a permanent member.
In October,Thunder Boy joined as drummer,but shortly afterwards switched to guitar.
2002 : In October,Dr. Vulkan relocated.
In November released a cassette entitled "In The Light",Copies were shipped to 20 different states
and 9 different countries.
2003 : In February,Penguin re-located.
In May,Vufcup released their first CD entitled "Caught In The Mental Vortex" and shortly afterwards
Archy left. Nick-Nack,Nelson and Thunder Boy also went their own ways as well.
In June,Diggy-Kat temporarily re-located and performed solo gigs in Colorado and Wisconsin.
2004 : In August,Diggy-Kat came back to California and started from scratch once again to find new
bandmembers while preparing to record more CDs in the near future.
2005 : In the late summer/early fall,hopefully a U.S. tour and a new CD entitled "Dead Don't Call"
