My lovely wife and I had been shopping around for a bit and finally she asked, "What kinda bike looks like a Harley". I grabbed the local paper and pointed to an add that started my lucky purchase. We called the number in the add, told them we would be right up and off we went.
He was not there at the time we arrived, so we socialized with his wife until we heard him coming several blocks away. When he pulled up, I fell in love :)
I was a bit apprehensive on the test ride, but I barely noticed over the feel, ride, power and sheer noise she made. I came back all smiles, talked to my honey for a bit and said "I'll take her".
He drove her to our home and I drove him back to his place.
Now, she is mine....ALL MINE !!!
