What we have here is the oil pressure gauge kit from Sherm's. The choke knob itself came from a nearby motorcycle dealer who orders from KuryAkyn often. Also seen in this picture is the F&S chrome driveshaft cover and the inner engine cover. What you can not really see is that with time, the plastic nut on my choke cable became stripped and is actually being held by several zip ties. My dealer did this because he knew I did not want to pay dealer prices for a whole new cable assembly - He was right, as usual. So far, so good with no play, vibration at all. It was kinda funny when I dropped off the oil pressure kit at my dealer. My mechanic (Andy) had never done one before, but from reading the instructions and making a seperate mounting bracket (I wanted it on the left side), it turned out great. As I ride down the road, I can briefly look down and check out the pressure. Did you know that the oil pressure ranges between around 90psi and down to about 12psi ? I had no idea that our bikes did.
