This project requires each team to identify one topic which must includes models with tube-shapes. A brainstorming session was carried out at the initial state in order to obtain a suitable topic that fulfils the requirements of this project. A series of 3D models that including piping system and tube shape components were suggested.  The recommended topics for this project are shown as follows:

Ø                  MRT internal layouts or external design

Ø                  Space shutter

Ø                  Roller coaster

Ø                  Oil refinery

Discussion was carried out and oil refinery was selected for this project. Oil refinery model not only fulfils the requirements of having tube-like shapes, it is believed to be capable of providing a better experience of the VR CAVE environment through immersive walk-through.
