The name of the seven continents were Europe, North America, South America, Asia, Antarctica, Austrillia, and Africa. Their are two major regions in Antarctica. The two major regions are West Antarctica, and East Antarctica. At the West it had a mountainous archipelago, which includes Antarctic Peninsula. At the East side it has the continental shield. Europe has five different regions. the regions are called Scandinavia, British Isles, West Europe, South Europe, Central Europe, Southeast Europe, and East Europe. Scandinavia contains: Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark.The British Isles contains the following countries: United Kingdom and Ireland. West Europe has five countries and they are France, Belguim, the
Netherlands, Luexemborg, and Monaco. South Europe has these countries: Portugal, Spain, Andorra, Italy, Malta, San Marino, and Vatican City. Central Europe contains Germany, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria, Poland, the Cezech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. Southeast Europe has the following countries Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, and Hercgovina. in the last part of Europe is East Europe. The countries it has is Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, and the European portion of Russia. North America it has five major regions. they are Canadian Shield, Appalachian Mountains, the Atlantic-Gulf Coastal Plain, Interior lowlands, and North American Cordillera. Asia has six types of regions. The regions are Southwest Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, East Asia, Russian Asia, and Central Asia.
