1989 JEEP GRAND WAGONEER |

This was my Jeep Grand Wagoneer the week that I bought it. It was a Pennsylvania Jeep and had 69,000 miles on it. It was in sweet condition when I bought it. It had been repainted once and had no rust at all. The interior was tan leather and it came loaded with every option. |

Like any good Jeep, I had to see how it did off road. I was amazed at how flexible the suspension on this Jeep was. It was heavy as hell, didn't have a ton of ground clearance, but it could crawl over anything. The picture to the right was taken a few weeks after I bought it. I was four wheeling in the Poconos in PA. A few minutes after this picture was taken I accidentally caught my exhaust on a piece of metal cable draped across the ground at a trail entrance and ripped it completely off from the cat back...oops. |

Just another picture of the Wagoneer. This one was taken in the Adirondacks. It was in a sand pit area with some great hill climbs. It was definitely not a hill climb vehicle. It was so heavy that it couldn't stay on top the sand, so I could never quite make it to the top. It was still fun. |

This was one of the best vehicles I have owned. I put over 50,000 miles on it, and it never skipped a beat. It was recently sold to make room for our Grand Cherokee. It will be missed, except for the gas mileage. At about 12 mpg, it was quite a gas hog. Hopefully the new owner will take as good care of it as I did. |
