Lizzy's Interior
much a mess.   The original laminate floor was trashed so I installed some new carpeting.  I also added curtains to the interior as well. The inside, even after cleaning was still pretty grungy, so I decided to just have fun with the interior and just paint it.  I removed the jumpseat and sink/fridge unit for access to more space.
As far as Lizzy's condition when I bought her it was poor.   The interior was in almost as bad of shape as the exterior.   It came chocked full of junk, about 8 gallons of used oil, empty beer cans, etc.  The PO had removed the sink/fridge unit and left it out in his yard, so you can imagine it was pretty
I  installed panneling in the cargo area as well, which is a nice contrast to the blue cabinets. I have also since scored the childs hammock that goes over the front seats, a mosquito net for the rear hatch and also a front curtain that wraps around the front windshield and door windows.  It was never used and in its original plastic bag from somewhere around 1968 or '69.   As far as tunes are concerned I have an Alpine head unit and 6 Disc changer, 75 watt Alpine amp and 4 speakers which is also an ongoing project to finalize where everything will go.
