Hi!  I'm Belle.  I was finally captured in Kentucky, behind someone's house.  I had a litter of puppies, which all have good homes now (thanks to Kim!) and I am staying here until I get a home, too.  I am terribly shy of people.  I like to play with my doggy friends that live here, but I still don't see why they love the people who feed them so much!!  Maybe one day I will let my guard down and find out how sweet most people can be.  Do I belong with you, at your home?

Update: Belle went home to the Rainbow Bridge on October 30th, 2003. Her temperament was not acceptable for adoption into a home. It's such a sad situation, but now Belle is waiting at the Bridge, playing her heart out with others that have gone before her. We will miss her.
