This military jeep was designed in the end of 80's (first unit - 1992) as replacement
for UAZ-469B but because of certain difficulties in Russia that
time it has died before has been born. It's 10 seats 4 doors frame-based cabriolet with
tarpauline tent. Payload: 2,203 lbs. Max. towing weight 2,643 lbs. Power steering.
Suspension: solid axles with coil springs. Motor: UMZ-4218 type, gasoline (carburetor),
ohv, 4 cylinders in line, displacement 2,886 cc (bore 3.94", stroke 3.62").
Power 103 hp. 4x2 steps gearbox, 2/4 WD shifter, all 3 differentials are locking, wheel
gears. Brakes: drums, with hydraulic control. |
