Purchase medications from overseas.
Bargain prescription drugs are available abroad. For example Zantac, an ulcer
medication costs as much as $170 for 100 tablets in US. But, in Tijuana, Mexico the
identical drug costs $39. A one year supply can save about $1000.
In Canada the price is $103, $113 in Spain and $125 in England.
In Mexico and many other countries no prescription is necessary. In England
usually a note from a US doctor will be effective in getting a prescription.
These inflated drug prices are a result of protected monopoly the FDA grants to the pharmaceutical giants. We pay the highest cost for drugs in the world and it is illegal for us to import FDA approved drugs for our use.

In a study reported in Molecular Aspects of Medicine 1997, the effects of 100
mg/day of Q10 on skeletal muscle energy metabolism in middle-aged Post-Polios was
studied. The results suggest Q10 supplementation improves muscle energy metabolism in
Post-Polio individuals.
Q10 is a nutrient that works with L-carnitine to facilitate mitochondria energy
production. L-carnitine and Q10 complement each other metabolically.
If you are taking both Q10 and L-carnitine, you should take them at the same time
