Because so much has shifted in my life over the past 9 months (family emergencies, large-scale changes of plan) I am no longer actively involved in the W2CSS program, either doing new versions or bug-fixes.
After numerous requests for bugfixes and changes, I am making the source to the macro publicly available.
The terms of use for this source code are those of the GNU Software Foundation. In short, you are allowed to use and modify the code and otherwise are encouraged to improve it.
If you decide to use this source to make major or minor modifications, I would appreciate your keeping me informed -- many people still write me with problems and I can act to forward their questions and requests to you if you've fixed or improved the code. If a number of versions are around, it might be good to post pointers to them from this site.
Also, if someone out there wants to oversee the continual development of this project (not for profit but from interest) please contact me.
