Some big things happened this year. We set aside some cash and ordered a lot of parts from Original Parts Group. Usually I use Year One because of location and quality. I was able to get more for the money from OPGI. Now let me go through the down side. OPGI parts have all needed some kind of modification to work on the car. Not to say Year One parts would habve been better but it has been a trying experience when " new " parts don't fit right.

Anyway, this is how the car looked in March 2006 for its first move on its own power. I acquired a tag this year in July and insurance through Hagerty. After some issues with my used transmission I got some drive time on the car. By November 2006 it is pretty well complete. I will be taking it to a local gathering in December and will post some pictures of it then. It has been one hard ride to get this car assembled.

Things left:
Gauge cluster modified to have Odrive selection, Wood grain installed on dash park neutral switch wheels and tires amd some general carburation set-up as I think it is too rich..
