Entrance: The arena lights go wild in all sorts of crazy colors as Sikamikaniko from the Red Hot Chili Peppers plays. Sandra runs out on to the ramp wearing leathers, usually a leather bikini and fishnets. She head-bangs to the music, high-fives her fans, and slides into the ring.

- The Kiss of Death (While her opponent is struggling or passed out, Sandra pulls up their head to face her, kisses their forehead, and delivers a Throat Slam Suplex, which involves her standing to the right of the victim. The victim's right arm is places over the right shoulder of Sandra. She reaches across the front of the victim's body with their right arm and the left arm around the back of the victim to under the victim's left shoulder. She lifts the victim up and pivots as if for a belly to belly suplex and drives the victim into the mat.)

- The Lobotomy (The Lobotomy is basically a modified Sidewalk Slam. Other Modifications include; the Lobotomy Shop or "Lobo Show" when she does the Lobotomy followed by the "Cabs Stomp". The "Cabs Stomp" starts with the Lobotomy, and while they lie there, she'll lick her fingers, drag them up one leg, and do a legdrop on her opponent's neck/head.)

History: Sonja was born in Washington DC as a first generation American, and youngest of three children. She went to school to be a musical performer, excelling in singing and playing musical instruments. She was also a talented actress. However, with her renegade friends, labeled "The Four Horsemen" by most, she finished college and went on the road with them as a heavy metal rock band. Years later, after touring the country with her friends on Harley Davidson motor cycles, and learning from men in hundreds of bars how to box and fight, Sandra landed in a smaller town, and met a young enthusiastic wrestler whom we know today as "Krazy Whyte Boy". The Horsemen left for the road after she said that she'd found her way, wrestling in small clubs night after night. Soon later, Sandra found herself and Krazy Whyte Boy employed in the PWA.
Not long after entering the PWA, Sandra earned her first Championship, the Woman's Title, but after losing her belt for a second time, she moved on to wrestle men and became the first woman to hold a predominantly male entitled belt, the Internet belt. She has won this belt twice, and retained it on numerous occasions.
Then, during a highly publicized feud with Showtime and Jay; Sudden Impact, Sandra met Chamelion, who also was having disputes with infamous duo. Although they did not win against Sudden Impact, Sandra and Chamelion found themselves 'linked' and the two seemed to radiate some sort of odd connection. When Kowareta was in a deep state of depression after leaving his homeland, Sandra sought him out to create a tag team. Because she too was homesick, Sandra and Kowareta became each other's family. Krazy Whyte Boy left to train, leaving the two alone. However, as she and Kowareta's brother-sister relationship began to create a strong team, the previous teaming with Chamelion created an odd group, as Chamelion saw potential to carry on a long term Tag-Team.. What was to be called "The Silencers", which consisted of Kowareta and Sandra, had become "Los Amigos". Their family was almost complete. After "Los Amigos" made a strong impact into the PWA as the most cooperative and entertaining stable of that time, Chamelion challenged The M.o.A.'s Unknown Demons to a Tag-Team match, but informed Sandra that he had a surprise for her and Los Amigos as he decided to bring in a new member, and his permanent Tag-Team Partner. Sandra, and Kowareta were surprised to see the return of the Soul-Taker, Raizzor who along with Chamelion, created the Krymson Dragons (As yet unnamed) and soundly defeated the Demons. Sandra, who saw Raizzor as a role model, found it hard to resist trying to be as good as he was in every aspect. "Los Amigos" became what most stables want to be, hard working, successful and loved, and so their team effort and friendship took them into new roles and new impacts were made in the PWA.
Later, the Dragons and Silencers parted way professionally, and then late in 2001, Sandra and Kowareta left to seek spiritual training, leaving Chamelion in the PWA to pursue his dreams. Chamelion reached a new height in the PWA, winning the World Championship... and then, during his feud with Slush, Sandra and Kowarete returned to give Chamelion's stable, "Old Skool" a boost leading into Unsanctioned. Soon after, Sandra won a contendership match and was awarded a shot against Showtime for the PWA championship. Sandra made PWA History when she pinned Showtime to become the first ever Woman Heavyweight Champion. But happiness would be short lived, as Erik Draven, who had been after Sandra for a while, attacked and kid nappped her after that match and allegedly violated her in the basement of a familiar house. She was released later on, and rage for what happened blinded her into fighting Chamelion in a World Title match. Chamelion's refusal to fight let her walk away with the title, but it took everything she had to make amends with Chamelion later on. Even with this speed bump, Sandra still had Chamelion by her side as she defended the title against Thunderwolf at Genesis Four.
However, shortly after she finally lost the title and when the PWA closed, she decided to pursue other dreams, while Chamelion moved to the HiC. She would still appear on TV occasionally and once in a while, accompany Chamelion to a match. When Chamelion did reopen the PWA, she decided to give the ring another chance, and proved herself still capable by first winning the PWA Grizzly Beer Championship against XTC and then later, she'd go on to win her second PWA World Championship.
Unfortunately, the PWA did not last as long as everyone had hoped, and Sandra retired from the PWA an undefeated champion...much like her husband did when the PWA first closed. However, this time, the bug had bitten her well, and she joined Chamelion's new venture; The Kindred, as they entered into Ultimate Revolution.
