Unusual Phenomena

 

Looking west southwest  at a wall cloud that was located Double-halo visible in cirrus clouds near Pawnee, Oklahoma.
Detached inverted vortex. This vortex drew in a small puffy cloud, which immediately marked the vortex. It lasted less than 30 seconds.
These two  images are of the same inverted vortex appearing over cumulous clouds near Wichita, Kansas. The strong winds aloft diverted the vortex to horizontal and eventually ended it when an anvil formed.
