| BREEDING Our successful pony breeding program produces medium and large performance ponies using Welsh section B, Welsh cross and Thoroughbred mares on our Welsh stallion. In the last 20 years, we have produced over 100 ponies, who have gone to owners throughout North America. You'll find Wabi Brook ponies in every discipline, and many are successful in more than one. Our ponies are raised in a natural environment in the clean air and lush pastures of northern Ontario. They live out year-round. All of this helps to build strong bodies and sound minds. Our pony broodmares and stallion carry some of the best British bloodlines. Our stallion, Kingfisher is by *Rotherwood Crown Prince, out of Wabi Brook Red Robin, who is by Ardmore Attention out of *Chirk Snow Bunting. He is available for pasture breeding to a limited number of outside mares. We have also started breeding sport horses, using Thoroughbred and Draft cross mares on Thoroughbred and Warmblood stallions. |
