| After camping in Cody, WY, we drove into Yellowstone National Park. It was July 4th, and the first animal we saw looked happy to have some independence. This black bear was digging under a log before deciding to take a quick trip across the street. |

| And it was not too much further down the road when we encountered a brown bear strolling through the woods. Fortunate for us, unfortunate for good pictures, it was in the distance and walking away. |
