Creamy Bacon Bites 

1 package (3ounces) cream cheese, softened 
4 bacon slices, cooked, drained and crumbled 
2 teaspoons chopped onion 
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper 
1 package (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls 

Preheat oven to 350F.  In small bowl, combine cream cheese, bacon, onion and black pepper. Separate crescent dough into 2 rectangles; press seams and perforations together with fingers to seal.  Spread cream cheese mixture onto rectangles; roll up, starting with longest sides.  Press seams together to seal.  Cut each roll into 16 slices; place, cut-side down, on greased baking sheet.  Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.  Serve warm.

Stuffed Eggs 

12 hard cooked eggs 
1 cup (8oz. can) cooked crabmeat, flaked 
1 cup finely chopped celery 
2 tablespoons finely chopped green pepper 
1 tablespoon French salad dressing mix 
1/3 cup dairy sour cream 

Slice eggs in halves (lengthwise).  Remove yolks and mash well.  Combine yolks with crabmeat, celery, green pepper, salad dressing, and sour cream.  Blend well and refill egg whites.  Chill till serving time. 
 
 

Specialty Dips 

Hawaiian Fruit Dip 

1 package (3.4 ounces) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix 
1 1/4 cup cold milk 
1/2 cup sour cream 
1 can (8oz) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained 
1/3 cup shredded coconut 
Assorted fresh fruit 

In medium bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk until well blended.  Blend in sour cream. Stir in pineapple and coconut.  Cover, refrigerate until chilled, 30 minutes to 1 hour.  Serve with fresh fruit dippers. 

Yields 2 3/4 cups 
 

Cottage Cheese Pineapple Dip 

1 (16oz) can crushed pineapple 
24oz. cottage cheese 
4 tablespoons of Cool Whip 
1 medium box of orange pineapple jello 

Drain pineapple until almost dry.  Add pineapple to cottage cheese.  Add Cool Whip and jello.  Stir and serve cold. 

Serves 5 to 10 
 

Pizza Dip 

1 (8oz) cream cheese 
1 jar Pizza Quick sauce 
1 package pepperoni (slices) 
1 small can of black olives, drained 
1 bunch of green onions chopped 
1 large package of Mozzarella cheese 

Spread softened cream cheese in the bottom of a 9x13 pan.  Pour pizza sauce over cream cheese.  Layer slices of pepperoni over sauce.  Layer chopped onions over pepperoni.  Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese on top and bake at 350F for approximately 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. 
 

Shrimp Spread 

1 package (8oz) cream cheese 
3 tablespoons mayonnaise 
1 can (4.5oz) tiny shrimp, drained, and finely chopped 
1 tablespoon minced onion 
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 

In a medium bowl combine cream cheese and mayo; mix well.  Stir in remaining ingredients.  Cover; refrigerate 2 to 3 hours and serve with crackers.
