Creamy Pineapple Punch

1 can (46ounces) pineapple juice, chilled 
1 1/2 pints of vanilla ice cream, softened 
1 pint orange sherbet, softened 
3 cups of ginger ale, chilled 

In a large bowl combine pineapple juice, ice cream, and sherbet; stir until blended.  Pour into punch bowl.  Add ginger ale.  Serve immediately. 
Yields 18 (3/4 cup) servings 
 

Orange Jewel 

1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed 
1 cup milk 
1 cup cold water 
1 pint vanilla ice cream 
1/2 cup sugar 
1 teaspoon vanilla 
10 ice cubes 

Combine all ingredients except ice cubes in blender container; blend until smooth.  Add ice cubes; blend until thickened.  Serve immediately. 

Yields 6 (1 cup) servings 
 
 

Fruit Shake

1 cup milk 
1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberries 
1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks, or canned in juice and drained 
1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt 
1 teaspoon sugar 
1/2 teaspoon vanilla 
4 ice cubes (omit if frozen strawberries) 

Combine all ingredients except ice cubes in blender container; blend until smooth.  Add ice cubes; blend until thickened. 

Yields 2 (1 1/4 cup) servings 
 
 

Pina Colada Refresher 

2 cups pineapple juice 
2 containers (6 ounces each) pina colada flavored yogurt 
1/2 cup cream of coconut 
Pineapple slices or marashino cherries for garnish 

In a 2 quart pitcher combine all ingredients except garnish; mix well.  Refrigerate until ready to serve.  To serve pour into glasses filled with ice.  Garnish if desired. 

Yields 4 (1 cup) servings
